Simple Notes is designed with a local-first, zero-collection philosophy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any data from the app — not your notes, not metadata, not identifiers.

When you contact us via email (e.g. support@nestit.co.uk), we receive only the information you choose to share in that message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.
Data Usage
App Functionality
Your notes stay on your device and are only used to deliver the app's core functionality to you.
No Analytics
We never analyse your usage, note content, or behaviour. There is nothing to analyse — we collect nothing.
Device Security
The security of your notes depends on your device's own security settings, such as screen lock and encryption.
The Zero-Share Guarantee
NestIT does not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party — because we don't have any of your data to begin with.
User Rights
Your Notes Are Yours
All note data is stored locally on your device. Only you can access it.
Right to Erasure
Delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its data via Android Settings → Apps → Simple Notes → Storage → Clear Data.
Children's Privacy
Simple Notes does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe for all ages.
Policy Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
